Here is a coffee roasting machine manufactured by Whitmee. This photo of the machine in use was taken while the machine was in use in 1992 at the Brodie Hamilton Melrose premises in Dock Street, Leith. This photo has been converted from colour to sepia, but the colour of the coffee beans is still fairly realistic. |

Update - 2008 The company has now sold this machine. It was sold to somebody who was hoping to take it to England and use it for roasting peanuts. |
