Muirhouse terminus - Route 8 |

The No 8 bus can be seen here at the terminus on the western side of Pennywell Road, where it can be seen picking up passengers for its journey to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. In this photo there is blossom on the trees, but all the housing in the background on the Pennywell estate has been boarded-up and is due to be demolished. |

On arriving at Muirhouse, the No 8 first drops off passengers on the eastern side of Pennywell Road, close to the roundabout at Muirhouse Parkway It then goes via West Pilton Crescent and West Pilton Bank to reach the western side of the road where the large photo above was taken. |
