1920s or 1930s?

There appears to be an antique petrol pump on the extreme left of this photo.

When might this photo have been taken?  The telephone number in the photo, Edinburgh 42404 is helpful in determining  the date. The photo may have been taken around the 1920s or 1930s, but I'll have to look at more Post Office Directories to to confirm this.

The Edinburgh & Leith Post Office Directories that I have looked at so far show:
