Bruce Peebles Transformer Factory

Fire  -  April 1999

This is the fire that destroyed the Bruce Peebles transformer factory at East Pilton, Edinburgh, on April 12, 1999.

The factory never re-opened on the East Pilton site site.  The company moved to new premises at Leith Docks and the land at East Pilton was redeveloped as housing.
