"I recently came into possession of this photo of my Grandfather, J Arthur, wearing the walking-out uniform of a Captain in the 42nd Royal Highlanders (The Black Watch), in which he served.

The photo was taken by Lafayette, just before the 1st World War.

I am desperate to find out about my Grandfather.  Any help you can give me will be most appreciated."
