Thank you to Maureen
Mitchell (née Graham) for providing this photograph.

"My Dad, David (Davie) Graham was born
at 211 Canongate in 1924.
He is in this photo
with his workmates from Nelsons Printers, about 1962.
The people from the Dumbiedykes area
used to work at Nelsons, even after they were moved out of the
area.
My Dad
is standing between the man with the white apron and the lady
sitting down with the bottle. Unfortunately I can't identify
anyone else."

"I worked for Nelson's from 1963
until 1969, then for Morrison & Gibbs until 1971. I remember
some of the people in the Nelson's 'Tug-of-War' team photo above,
sent by Davie Graham's daughter.
I'd like to get in touch with my old
workmates."
