My School

"Here is a photo of the Upper School at St Ann's, more or less as I knew it .  I started at St Ann's School in 1943.

This photo was published in the Boston Catholic Journal and is taken from a book by FA Forbes, about the life of Margaret Sinclair,  published in 1927

The photo was  taken from more or less the same viewpoint as this this photo that I took in 2005:

I noticed is that st Ann's and St Patrick's used to be Industrial Schools.
