My Mother's Class

"My mother was Janet Bates.  This is her school photo from Canonmills Primary School.  She thinks it would have been taken about 1944-46.

She remembers the names of some of her class mates:

-   Sheila Mackenzie

-  Isabel Coutts

-  George Forbes

-  Ronald Smith,

The teacher, she thinks, was a Miss Glasgow.
