1923 North West Circus Place at Stockbridge looks very similar today to the view on this postcard. This card was posted in 1923. The pub on the left, shops on the right and the tenements up the hill leading to Royal Circus are all still there. The street is still cobbled, but the tram lines have gone and the styles of transport have changed. 7 |
