Longstone Road and Water of Leith

Thank you to Robert Laird for providing this photograph.  The photo was taken, around 1960 by Robert's uncle, also named Robert Laird.

This view looks from Gray's Mill along Longstone Road to the west, towards Longstone village.  The Water of Leith makes a sharp turn to the right at Longstone, then heads towards Dean Village, near  centre of Edinburgh, and the Firth of Forth at Leith.
