Parachute

have been enjoying looking over the the many experiences of people
during the war in Edinburgh, but have not
seen any stories about the day when a
German parachuted into Lochend Park.
I
remembered that all the children in the district
were mounting their bikes to see him land. I can imagine
what he must have felt when he saw the
crowds gathered below him."
