Here three trams, but practically no other traffic can be seen in Lothian Road. This view looks to the south, away from the West End of Princes Street and towards Tollcross. The entrance to the Usher Hall is upper-left in the picture. A new road has been constructed since this photograph was taken. It is the Western Approach Road, leading to the right from Lothian Road at a point close to the bottom-right corner of the photo. |
