The trade directories show that Argos
Photographers was based at 42 Leven Street, Edinburgh from around
1959 to 1964. However, I have not been able to trace what
happened to the company. No photographers took over after
them at that address. I have also contacted Companies House,
without success.
If you know who now owns the copyright on
Argos' photos, can you please
email me to let me know so that I can discuss the inclusion of
one of their photos on my EdinPhoto web site.
