Thank you to Jeff Nisbet USA, for allowing me
to reproduce a postcard portrait of a girl and a stuffed donkey,
taken in the Portobello studio of Robert McLelland, around the
mid-1930s, and for also allowing me to reproduce a photo of his
old home at 17 Elgin Place that he took when he returned to
visit the area in 1970. |
