I recently
discovered that one of the photos on the Edinphoto web site -
a group from Canongate Girls' Club - was in fact taken by Scott
Brothers.
I've now added
another photo by Scott Brothers to the web site - a photograph of
The Royal Blind Asylum Band, taken around the mid-1950s.
I've tried to
contact the partners, JL Scott and WH Scott to seek their
agreement to the photos above being included on the EdinPhoto web
site, but I have not been able to find any contact details.

closed long ago. According to the Edinburgh & Leith Trade
Directories, they had studios at:
- 85 Hanover Street, Edinburgh (1946-62)
- 69 Hanover Street, Edinburgh (1963-65)
