NOTE:  I have also been told of an advertisement on the back of a carte de visite (no photo on the front) for  'Ross & Inglis' partnership.  The date of this advert is not known.  The advert gave the prices for colouring photographs. Joe Rock, who told me about the advert says: "The prices were not cheap."
