1866 James De Maus, photographer was listed in the Edinburgh trade directories at 25 Hanover Street (the same address as 25 South Hanover Street) from 1864 to 1865. George Shaw, photographer, was listed in the Edinburgh trade directories at 25 Hanover Street in 1867. So G W Fisher would have had his studio at this address, perhaps only for a few months - not long enough to appear in the Edinburgh trade directories - around 1866. |
