Fettes College was
founded in 1870 and completed in 1873. It was designed by
architect David Brice and built with a bequest from Sir William
Fettes.
The school is set in
100-acre grounds, to the north-west of Inverleith Park in North
Edinburgh.
The Headmaster's Lodge
is situated by the north-west corner of the school.
