Hutments at Albert Street

Thank you to Neil Lawrence for sending me the map above, showing where the hutments were situated at Albert Street Edinburgh.  These were wooden houses, built around 1920-21, following the end of World War I.

Thank you to Gordon Aitchison who wrote:

Shop at No.79

"My maternal Grandmother had a shop at No.79 Albert street.  My cousin believes that Nos. 77 to 81 were knocked down, maybe in the early-1970s.

Do you know of anyone who may have any information about these buildings?  I'd love it if someone had a photoof them."
