The View

This photograph was taken from an Edinburgh to London flight as it passed over London on a fine March Morning.

-  The River Thames runs through the picture from Tower Bridge to Putney.  HMS Belfast is moored in the Thames close to Tower Bridge, and the Tower of London is on the nearest bank of the Thames, beside Tower Bridge.

-  The skyscrapers (centre, right) are in the City of London.

-  On the far bank of the Thames (upper, centre) are the Houses of Parliament, with Buckingham Palace, Green Park, Hyde Park and The Serpentine behind.

-  Oxford Street leads to Marble Arch on the corner of Hyde Park (upper, right).

Question

What is the prominent red building, near the bottom of this photo, about half a from the Tower of London?  I think it may be on the land between Leman Street, Alie Street, Hooper Street and Gower's Walk.
