This photo was taken on a frosty afternoon in December 1995, one of the coldest days in recent years. The temperature was minus 20 degrees C. The photo was taken from Silverknowes Road, the road that leads from the housing at Silverknowes, between the grazing land beside Lauriston Farm and Silverknowes Golf Course, to Marine Drive beside the Firth of Forth. This view looks to the west towards Cramond. |
