Thank you to Robert Jones for allowing me to reproduce this painting which has come into his family's possession. Robert tells me that the the painting painting is approx 4ft x 3ft.. It is in fair condition but may need cleaning. Questions The gentleman is wearing a Chain of Office and holding papers.
