The View
This view looks to the west along
Princes Street towards the monument to the Edinburgh author,
Sir Walter Scott. This view was from the North British
Station Hotel, looking over the flower gardens on the roof of
the Waverley Market.
Horse-drawn vehicles and shop awnings
can be seen along Princes Street on the right-hand side of the
picture. |
