Dean Village "I have no idea who took the photo at the top of this page Harry and I emigrated to South Africa in 1965. We were in Scotland again in 1974 and the renovation was already started at Dean Village, and Mrs Burns' shop was already gone. My mother in law lived in Dean Path opposite the shop. She had the photograph and had a copy printed for us. The Dean renovation, I think, was from about mid-1960s" Eleanor Smith, Edenvale, South Africa: October 22, 2011 |
