Beside Holyrood Park - outside the Scottish Parliament Building
COW: "Salty"
"Salty" was sponsored by the Scottish Executive and stood in the grounds outside
the Scottish Parliament
at the foot of Salisbury Crags. Unfortunately, the cow was damaged (twice)
and removed before I got chance
to take its photo from the other side in the early morning light with the
Scottish Parliament in the background.
