Is this one of the arches at the north end of the bridge?

This photo came from David Gordon collection.  It was found amongst many photos of the Forth Bridge.  I think this may be a photo of the arches at the north end of the bridge, at North Queensferry, under construction.

The North Queensferry arches can be seen completed in this photo:
