Pathhead

Helicopter flights normally depart from and return to a field at Ingliston, beside Edinburgh Airport. 

But on June 3, 2006, this was not available due to a major show, Gardening Scotland being held at Ingliston.  So flights took off from and returned to Pathhead, about 12 miles SE of Edinburgh.

This view looks to the south towards Pathhead and the viaduct over the Tyne Water.
