I have frequently seen this heron on the Water of Leith at Canonmills or at Warriston. There is also a heron, maybe the same one, that sometimes visits the Royal Botanic Gardens nearby at Inverleith. This photo was taken from beside the Warriston Road Bridge over the Water of Leith on May 18, 2010. |
