The Oak Room The plan on this table in the Oak Room is of Barnton House, a short distance to the south of Lauriston Castle. I believe that Mr Reid may have had some involvement in the redesign of Barnton House. Barnton House has now been demolished and the house and grounds have been replaced by residential streets.
