The photograph above was taken from the top of an open-top bus on a fine summer evening in July 2009. The Omni Centre is a situated close to the centre of Edinburgh, in Greenside Place, across the road from the John Lewis store near the top of Leith Walk. The 'Omni' is a new entertainment centre with a hotel, 12-screen cinema and restaurants. It opened with a premier of 'Harry Potter II' in 2002. |
