Omni Centre and  Two Giraffes

This view looks down Leith Walk towards the junction with London Road.

In the distance are the buildings on Elm Row (part of Leith Walk).

The buildings closer to the camera are:

- The Playhouse Cinema with flags on the roof

- The facade of Hillside Church with clock at the top, now incorporated into the front of the Omni Centre

The two giraffes stand in front of the Omni Centre.

The message around the feet of the giraffes reads:

Giraffes!  -  a People

Who live between the earth and skies

Each in his own religious steeple

Keeping a lighthouse with his eyes
