Looking up South St David Street This is as far as the tram line along Princes Street has been laid by mid-August 2009. Princes Street runs along the lower half of this photo. The street straight ahead is South St David Street, leading to St Andrew Square. The trees, top-centre, are in St Andrew Square. The buildings on the corner of Princes Street and South St David Street are: - on the left: Jenners Department Store - on the right: Old Waverley Hotel. |
