Duddingston Loch

This very rural scene is only a couple of miles from the centre of Edinburgh.  It is on the south-eastern edge of Queen's Park.  Duddingston Church is in the background.  

This Loch was used for outdoor curling when the winters were colder.

Duddingston Loch is now a bird sanctuary.
