Newhaven Fishwives' Choir "Here is a photo of Newhaven Fishwives Choir. My grandmother and 2 aunts are in this photo. The elder of my two aunts does not appear to have a wedding ring on. She was married in August 1929. The only jewellery you were allowed to wear with this costume was a watch and wedding ring, so this photo must have been taken before then."
