Here are three coffee grinders, photographed in Brodie's premises in Dock Street, Leith in 1994. The machine on the left is an older belt-driven mode. The other two are newer chain-driven models, still being used today (2008) by Brodies in their new premises at Newhailes, Musselburgh, East Lothian. |
