Greenhill Place is at Church Hill, a short distance to the south of Bruntsfield Links, and about a mile to the south of the West End of Princes Street. Most of the buildings on the south side of Bruntsfield Links were multi-storey tenements, but here we have a street of large terraced houses, with a small car parked across the road. What date does this suggest - around 1920, perhaps? |
