Does it take three parking wardens to decide whether or not to give a parking ticket to his car?

The temporary parking restrictions here were in place to enable the illuminated Christmas trees to be installed in George Street.

I took this photograph on a visit to George Street to record some of the road signs recently installed around Edinburgh New Town in connection with the Central Edinburgh Traffic Management scheme, introduced in 2005.
