Hi Neil:

Thanks for the photo.  I assume that the police box was decorated to celebrate the screening of the 50th Anniversary edition of 'Doctor Who' on Saturday 23 November.

I had a look at the police box when I passed that way on 28 November, but the scarf had gone by then, so I'm pleased that you got a photo of it. earlier in the week.
