Here, the old building including the former shops are still standing in Niddrie Mains Drive, but not for much longer. It has now lost half of its roof, and all the buildings in the surrounding streets have been demolished. The artwork that adorned the windows has been removed, and been replaced by coloured 'footprints' painted onto Niddrie Mains Drive. This was the only street in the area to receive the footprints. |
