Snow This photo was taken from the top deck of a No 19 bus, as it reached the top of Orchard Brae in a snow storm. The main road here is Queensferry Road, leading to Dean Bridge and the centre of Edinburgh (to the left) and to the Forth Road Bridge (to the right). The houses on the left, beside Bristo Baptist Church are in Buckingham Terrace. The road straight ahead is Dean Path, leading to Dean Village. Dean Cemetery is behind the wall on the right-hand side of the photo. |
