The Edinburgh Old Town Festival, last held in
1996, is being revived in 2007.
There will be:
- walking tours celebrating the lives
of Deacon Brodie and Robert Louis Stevenson.
- theatre and film screenings,
including a film about the area in the 1950s.
- story telling, poetry and live
music.
- an exhibition of photos from the
collection held by Central LIbrary.
The festival will end with an 'Open Day' at the
new Scottish Storytelling Centre in the Royal Mile.
