Princes Street Gardens
In recent years the Easter Play, a walking
play in Princes Street Gardens depicting the death and Resurrection of
Christ, has been a popular event in Princes Street Gardens over the Easter
weekend.
Unfortunately, the organizers say that they
cannot afford to stage the event in 2011. However, there are plans
for a selection of excerpts form the play to be presented in a Church of
Scotland 'Roll Away the Stone' event in Princes Street Gardens in
May 2011.***
