New statues

Edinburgh City council is considering adding some new statues to the 200 already under its care in the City.  This has caused some strong opinions to be expressed in the local press; particularly whether or not it would be appropriate to erect statues top people who are still living such as J K Rowling, creator of Harry Potter and actor, Sean Connery.
