Postcard Here is a 'real photo' postcard, I would guess from the first half of C20. On the original postcard, there is a white border around the photo. The photographer appears to have written his company name (Donnelly Photos) and the postcard number (466) on the negative. The company name has been written in the lower-left corner, and the postcard number has been written, for some reason, in the middle of the field! I don't know where this photographer was based, and don't know of any other postcards by this company. |

Location? This card comes from a collection of postcards acquired by Stuart Dalgleish a few years ago. The location is not given, but this card comes from a collection in which all the other cards are of Edinburgh, so it seems likely that this photo was also taken in or around Edinburgh.
