Cabinet Print Thank you to Ruth Manktelow, Chard, Somerset, for allowing me to reproduce the cabinet print above, by R Ramsay Russell. The address on the cabinet print is 9 Morningside Road, Edinburgh, his studio from 1889 to 1892. Ruth wrote: "I believe this photo to be either my maternal great grandfather or my maternal great great grandfather. The latter lived and worked in London but was married to a Mary Fraser, who was born in Edinburgh but moved with her family to London, where she met and married John Littlewood." |
