This view looks down on the Braidwood Centre in Dumbiedykes Road. Salisbury Crags in Holyrood Park can be seen in the background. Part of the children's playground immediately to the north of the Park Keeper's House, can be seen at the right-hand side of the picture. This was constructed on the site of the old bowling greens. The Braidwood Centre opened in 2003, after being given a facelift. It is managed and run by volunteers from the Dumbiedykes Neighbourhood Association. This photo was taken in February 2008. |
