The Old Chancelot Mill

"I took this photograph of Chancelot Mill, just off Ferry Road, probably around 1958.

The building was later destroyed by a huge explosion.  Explosions are a hazard in flour mills, so I believe."

The New Chancelot Mill

Here is a photograph of the new Chancelot Mill, built on reclaimed land in Leith Western Harbour, about a mile to the north of Bonnington.  This mill is still operating today.
