Swanston lies at the foot of the Pentland Hills, about five miles to the south of the centre of Edinburgh. |

This postcard was posted from Juniper Green, a few miles to the south-west of Edinburgh, to Haymarket, Edinburgh on 17 November 1903. It has an undivided back, the style used until 1902. However, the writer has written a message on both sides of the card. The writer who appears to be a postcard collector says that he/she had received four picture postcards from Liverpool the previous day and two more picture postcards on 17 November. |
