Torches Begin to Cross the Forth Road Bridge
After crossing the Forth Road Bridge to Fife, the
Torch Bearers, all wearing their yellow reflective jackets,
were brought back in a fleet of buses to join the 'Bridge Party' at the southern
end of the bridge where
Scottish rockers, Big Country, and special guests Bwani Junction were
performing.

The Firework Display was scheduled to begin at 10.06pm on Saturday 13 September.
The centre span of the Forth Road Bridge has a length of 1.006 meters.
