"This photo is of John Reid on Middle Pier, Granton, unloading a T L Devlin trawler (just left of the lorry) onto a green T L Devlin lorry. Granton Ice Works is in the background. 

The photograph was taken around the 1960s.   John Reid worked for Walter K Paton and then for Thomas L Devlin."
